We are again coordinating a Fulbright US Student Program statement of grant purpose & short answer peer partner program, where UW-Madison applicants for the 2027-2028 Fulbright US Student Program share drafts of the written portions of the FUSP application (statement of grant purpose & short answer questions) to give and receive feedback. We match ETA applicants with others applying to different countries and study/research/arts applicants working in different fields to share drafts and offer thoughts, suggestions, and insight, one-on-one.
If you are interested in participating – both sharing your own statements and reading & offering feedback on another’s – please send an email to uwfulbright@wisc.edu with your name, preferred email address, award type (and discipline if you are applying for study/research/arts), and country you are applying to.
You don’t need final versions but should have drafts ready to be shared. Past awardees participating in our recent application workshops cited the peer partner program as one of programs that they felt was instrumental in helping them refine their statements and securing their Fulbright.
We are partnering folks on a rolling basis throughout the application cycle right up to the deadline, so… this offer doesn’t expire!
